General Policies & Cancellation Info

* We are an American Express preferred Inn & also accept Visa, Mastercard.& debit cards

* We offer a 2% discount for cash.

* All room, packages, additional amenities and spa treatments are subject to hotel/occ tax (6%) &
service charge (11%).

* We require our guests who are requesting a reservation during a Friday, Saturday or a holiday period to have a reservation that includes either one of our prearranged packages or have us create a custom package. We are an exclusive luxury property and have an extensive staff over these periods.

* All room & package rates based on double occupancy

*Fee for extra person $79pp. per night.

* A credit card is required to secure your deposit.

* This card will also be used to guarantee the full amount of the reservation.

* Elm Creek Manor is a" Smoke Free" facility indoors. Smoking is not permitted in any of our rooms. It is only permitted outdoors in areas where guests do not congregate, provided it does not interfere with other guests. If we become aware of someone having smoked in any of our rooms, the guest will be assessed a minimum cleaning fee of $250.

* We have a very strict "NO CANDLE" policy at our Inn.

* No pets allowed - We have two small Yorkies on staff. If you do not care to have them around we
will put them up for the duration of your stay.

* We are an adult oriented facility and do not accept children under the age of 18.

* We have many lovely items and use the highest quality linens for our guests. In the case of
mistreatment or abuse, a charge will be added to cover the cost of damage.

* Rates include breakfast for all guests. There is no additional charge for breakfast; it is part of the
room rate.   If you have special dietary needs or requests, please make those in advance of your
arrival. Some special diets may incur an additional handling/prep fee (inquire).

* We make online reservations which are found at the bottom of every page on our website. See click
here for Room Availability. Although we make every effort to keep this as current as possible,
there are times when we may take a reservation over the phone while we are out. So the absolute
quickest way to get up- to-the-minute information is to phone and we will give you precisely
which rooms or dates are available.

Cancellation & Refund Policy For Individuals

Ladies Groups -See Group Policy Below

* Reservations will be secured by a 25% non-refundable deposit.

* Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will be subject to 100% penalty of entire reservation.

* We do not want to appear unsympathetic to your circumstances, however, the policy is firm.

Group Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Includes Ladies PJ Party and Ladies Groups

* Function & group reservations require a 33% non-refundable deposit on the estimated total at the time the reservation is accepted. An additional 33% is required 60 days prior to arrival. The balance is due upon arrival.

* If a cancellation should occur, we require a sixty day cancellation notice, less the 33% non-refundable deposit. Cancellations between 30 to 60 days will be subject to 66% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee of entire reservation package.

 

Cancellation Disputes

Cancellation disputes with a guest's bank card company that are able to be substantiated will be assessed an additional $150 handling fee.
